Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Administration Assistant to join our team at French Selection UK. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the managing director with administrative tasks and contributing to the preparation and drafting of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the managing director
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships
- Assist with contract negotiation
- Support with research for commercial agreements
- Ensure timely signature collection for contracts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish language skills to business standard
- Previous experience in a business administration role is required
- A background in the legal sector is advantageous
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
- Proficient in IT with experience using EXCEL
Salary and Benefits:
- Circa £26,000 per annum salary
