Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hire Ground. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations by accurately processing invoices, managing payments, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Financial Administration: Handle purchase orders, manage the purchase ledger, and reconcile accounts. Process invoices and expenses using BACS and bank transfers.

* Petty Cash & Credit Cards: Manage petty cash floats and oversee company credit card administration, including expenditure tracking and reconciliations.

* Support & Training: Assist regional treasurers with accounting software and provide guidance on financial processes.

* Reporting & Budgeting: Help prepare and monitor budgets, distribute quarterly reports, and produce financial variance analyses.

* Banking & Transfers: Perform bank reconciliations and handle international money transfers.

* Payroll & Systems: Support payroll processing and maintain cloud-based expense systems.

**Requirements:**

* An organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and finance.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
