About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for clinically leading and managing our psychological staff, working closely with the inpatient leadership team to ensure that our patients receive high-quality care. Your expertise and passion for working with complex mental health needs will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:
- Clinically lead and manage our psychological staff
- Work collaboratively with the inpatient leadership team to support our patients and staff
- Develop and implement trauma-informed approaches to care
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care

Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist who has a strong background in clinical leadership and management. You should have a Doctorate-level qualification in Clinical Psychology and significant experience in relevant areas of mental health practice. You should also have experience in teaching, training, supervision, and consultation, as well as working within a multicultural framework. We would prefer candidates with Leadership training/qualification, but this is not essential.
