Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with adults with complex mental health needs and be familiar with working through a trauma-informed lens.

\

The post holder will clinically lead and manage the psychological staff working in our inpatient services, sited at Lynfield Mount and Airedale General Hospitals. This involves working with the inpatient leadership team to support people to get their needs met and develop their strengths in a proactive and effective manner.

\

The salary for this role is £83,590 per annum, plus a range of benefits including increase mileage rates for > 3500, a wide range of health and wellbeing support packages, and a range of internal and external development and learning opportunities.
