Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in a beautiful nursing home in Bradford. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, be registered with the NMC, and have satisfactory references. Experience in dementia care is essential, and the ability to work as part of a team is crucial.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
  • Wound management
  • Administering oxygen
  • Putting together treatment plans
  • Overseeing a team of care assistants
  • Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
  • Elderly care
  • Infection control
