We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Bradford site on the Horizon Centre.

This is a senior leadership role that will involve working closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

The successful candidate will be a registered mental health nurse with a degree qualification and current NMC registration. They will also have evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and mentorship sign-off qualification or equivalent.

In addition to their clinical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including experience of managing and implementing risk plans, supervising clinical staff, and working within a multidisciplinary framework.
