Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Professional to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your sales skills and knowledge, representing our full range of brick and masonry products to architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Built lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
- Preparing and sending quotes and sales information in a timely manner
- Arranging samples and maintaining stocks to meet customer needs
- Supporting company marketing activities to increase brand awareness
- Meeting company expectations on target income and procedures
- Embracing ongoing training and development on sales and product knowledge to stay ahead in the industry
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive package including:
- A basic salary of £25,000 - £27,000
- An estimated total earnings potential of circa £30,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with years of service)
- A comprehensive pension scheme

- A company car scheme applicable after a 6-month probation period
