About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Services Receptionist to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our reception areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registration of patients and booking of appointments
  • Administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
