About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at an SEN school in Birkenhead, Wirral. As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and educational professionals to deliver engaging and effective lessons while providing high-quality education and support to young learners. This role requires someone who is passionate about working with students with SEMH needs and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include leading small group activities and providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs, collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver tailored lessons and interventions, assisting in the development and implementation of IEPs, and contributing to assessing and tracking student progress. In addition, you will provide guidance and support during classroom activities and outings, assist with behavior management and pastoral care, and help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits
