Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in the Wirral.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Teaching Assistant to work with children and help them flourish in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent rates of pay, free training, and a contributed pension.

Job Description

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to pupils with SEMH needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils with their academic and personal development
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
