Job Title: Project/Service Delivery Manager

Yorktel is seeking a highly skilled Project/Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

The Project/Service Delivery Manager will play a hybrid role, contributing to both the Service Delivery and Project Management teams. This individual will be responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service and representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate all internal and external tasks to deploy assigned service projects.
  2. Manage multiple large to mid-size projects as well as several smaller projects simultaneously.
  3. Conduct internal and external kickoff meetings for projects and establish project schedules.
  4. Schedule and hold project status meetings as necessary.
  5. Project job cost assessment and tracking related to each effort, providing monthly project forecasts.
  6. Support the Sales team on project timelines and RFP responses as requested.
  7. Interface with vendors as necessary.
  8. Act as Single Point of Contact during project execution.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  1. Working knowledge of AV and communications technologies and industry.
  2. Able to read engineering drawings and follow directions.
  3. General construction experience, use of hand tools, understanding of electrical signals and cabling.
  4. Very organized, proactive, excellent time management skills.
  5. Self-Starter and motivated to accomplish goals and objectives with minimal oversight.
  6. Successful working in team situations as an individual contributor.
  7. Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate in a direct, concise manner in both verbal and written interactions.
  8. Committed to providing 100% Customer Service.
  9. Versatile in performing different tasks; very resourceful.
  10. Must be flexible as each day different tasks will be assigned as needed.
  11. Able to receive constructive feedback.
  12. Timely responses to appropriate inquiries.
  13. Demonstrate effective listening skills.

Education and Experience:
  1. Prior experience in the integration of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies preferred.
  2. AVIXA CTS certification is highly preferred.
  3. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Self-starter, self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to maximize efforts daily without supervision.
  5. Some travel may be required.
