About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
