Job Description

As a Freelance Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London. You will work closely with clients and our team to ensure seamless event management, exceptional customer service, and high-quality presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment.
  • Supervise bar staff, providing guidance and motivation to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverage preparation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy and maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Place stock orders, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.
  • Support hospitality services and events, working collaboratively with our teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year's experience in a management role within the hospitality and bar management industry.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Ability to lead and train staff, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
