Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Freelance Bar Manager to oversee the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for client liaison, team management, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supervise bar staff, motivating and training them to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our high standards.
  • Responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash, ensuring strict compliance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy.
  • Place stock orders, interact with customers, and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff and customers.
  • Support hospitality services and events, working collaboratively with our teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Requirements
  • At least one year's experience in a management role within the hospitality and bar management industry.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong eye for detail and consistent presentation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
