Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Bar Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain an efficient bar and stock room, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of customer service.
- Supervise bar staff, providing guidance and motivation to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
- Ensure safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash, adhering to strict compliance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy.
- Place stock orders, interact with customers, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Support hospitality services and events, providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain food safety and health and safety to meet legal and company requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Hazard and defect reporting, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Able to lead and train staff with a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations with ease.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
- At least one year's experience in a management role within the hospitality and bar management industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
