The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, events, and customer service. As a Freelance Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of our events, ensuring seamless client liaison and team management. Your experience in front-of-house management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in meeting our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
  • Supervise bar staff and motivate your team
  • Ensure safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash
  • Comply with the venues' Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
  • Place stock orders
  • Interact with customers and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Till and counter service
  • Support hospitality services and events
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Maintain food safety and health and safety to meet legal and company requirements
  • Hazard and defect reporting
  • Lead and train staff with a positive attitude
  • Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
