Job Description

As a Freelance Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London. You will work closely with clients, manage teams, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and employee quality and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
  • Supervise bar staff and motivate your team
  • Ensure safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash
  • Comply with the venues' Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
  • Place stock orders and interact with customers
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness
  • Lead and train staff with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
