Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Freelance Bar Manager to oversee the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for client liaison, team management, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
  • Supervise bar staff and motivate your team
  • Ensure safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash
  • Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
  • Place stock orders
  • Interact with customers and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern
  • Maintain food safety and health and safety standards
  • Lead and train staff with a positive attitude
  • Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
