Freelance Bar Manager

We are a leading hospitality company that delivers exceptional culinary experiences in prestigious venues across London and beyond. Our teams are passionate about creating magic at every event, and we're looking for a skilled Freelance Bar Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery and execution of events in multiple sites across London, ensuring seamless client liaison and team management.
- Supervise bar staff, motivating and guiding them to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and employee quality and retention.
- Responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation, and cash management, ensuring strict compliance with our Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy.
- Place stock orders, interact with customers, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern.
- Lead and train staff with a positive attitude, multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
