This Personal Assistant to Fee Earners role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate office operations
- Provide administrative support to fee earners
- Manage complex diary and mailbox
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare and edit legal documents
- Previous experience in a similar role (legal PA experience is desirable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
- A hybrid working arrangement
- A company pension scheme
- 26 days annual holiday entitlement plus 6 public holidays and additional days available for purchase
