About the Role

The Charity for Civil Servants is seeking a highly skilled Community and Engagement Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping an engaged and supportive community that drives awareness and participation for the Charity across the Government Regions of North East, North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, and Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to build productive, supportive, and lasting relationships across the community, including senior leaders, networks, staff social & community groups, and departmental associations.
  • Drive awareness, participation, and loyalty activities to ensure the Charity is highly visible amongst target audiences.
  • Work closely with volunteers to develop and deliver opportunities for community fundraising.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed the Charity's presence as a UK-wide charity.
Requirements
  • Expertise in building and developing relationships with individuals and organizations, including high-value stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving awareness, participation, and loyalty activities.
  • Ability to work closely with volunteers and develop and deliver opportunities for community fundraising.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
