Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team at the Department for Work and Pensions. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our internal and external communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to engage with our colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create and disseminate timely and accurate information to our audience.
  • Design and deliver engaging content across various channels, including our intranet, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
