Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Administrator to join our Health Inclusion Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including managing records, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with our healthcare professionals to ensure that our services are delivered in line with our values and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare administration, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, with a strong understanding of administrative systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
