Job Overview

The Health Inclusion Team is dedicated to delivering innovative nursing and health visiting services to vulnerable populations. We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to manage information and administration systems.
  2. Provide line management supervision for junior colleagues in the admin department, promoting their growth and development.
  3. Ensure adherence to Trust policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  5. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall quality of our services.
  6. Participate in safeguarding training and adhere to best practices in protecting vulnerable individuals.
  7. Support the management of staff, including supervision and personal development reviews.
  8. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they align with Trust objectives and values.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Administrator who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in management of staff and administration systems.
  • Safeguarding training and experience working with vulnerable populations.
