Main Responsibilities- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to manage information and administration systems.
- Provide line management supervision for junior colleagues in the admin department, promoting their growth and development.
- Ensure adherence to Trust policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall quality of our services.
- Participate in safeguarding training and adhere to best practices in protecting vulnerable individuals.
- Support the management of staff, including supervision and personal development reviews.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Administrator who can demonstrate:
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in management of staff and administration systems.
- Safeguarding training and experience working with vulnerable populations.
