Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator or Personal Assistant with a background in supporting HR Administration to join our small, friendly business in the Crawley area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain employee training records to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Update employee contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Manage staff travel, expenses, and holiday records.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, forms, and the employee handbook.
  • Implement document control and storage procedures.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries.
  • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and items are PAT tested.
  • Verify company liability and employment certificates are current.
  • Support quality assurance audits and other HR-related tasks.
Working Hours
  • Tuesday to Thursday, 8 hours within the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Benefits
  • FTE salary: £30k per annum.
  • Parking on site.
  • 25 days holiday FTE.
