Sales Performance Consultant

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge in the automotive industry? As an Automotive Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and providing a full service to match them with the correct car.
Salary: £23,000 basic salary + commission – OTE 50-60k+
This role is ideal for those with experience in customer-facing roles, as we are willing to consider applications from sales professionals who have not worked directly in the automotive industry before. If you have a full and valid UK driving licence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join our team at Pybus Recruitment and work with one of our dynamic clients in Southampton.
- Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, matching them with the right car, and striving to meet sales targets for earning potential.
- Requirements include car sales experience preferred, but we will consider applications from sales professionals with customer-facing experience.
