Digital Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Manager to join our team at the Betting and Gaming Council. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital communications strategy that showcases our brand and promotes our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Communications Strategy
Work with our Director of Communications to create and execute a multi-channel communications strategy that engages our target audience and promotes our brand.
Manage Digital ContentOversee the creation and publication of digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, and website updates, to ensure our brand is consistently represented across all digital platforms.
Monitor and Evaluate Digital PerformanceEstablish and manage monitoring and evaluation processes to track the impact of our digital communications and make data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure our digital communications align with our overall business objectives.
Manage Digital Brand IntegrityEnsure our brand is consistently represented across all digital platforms and maintain the highest level of quality and consistency in our digital communications.
Requirements- Proven Track Record in Digital Communications
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communications, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital communications strategies.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communications SkillsStrong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital content that resonates with our target audience.
Attention to Detail and Commitment to QualityHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to Work FlexiblyAbility to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work, to respond to urgent communications requests.
