About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and enhance your skills in various complex areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, as we are more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
  • You will need to be resilient, willing to learn new skills, and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
