Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately \£25,000 - \£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care and Recovery Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized support plans, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.



You will be responsible for delivering structured courses, facilitating therapeutic activities, and signposting individuals to appropriate services. Your commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others will be invaluable in this role.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology
  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
