The Academics are committed to providing exceptional education and support to our students with special educational needs. As a Support Worker for Children with Autism, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal. We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our students.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting children with Autism and other SEN conditions, collaborating with teaching staff and therapists, and participating in staff meetings and CPD activities. We value applicants who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and are eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and providing support to students.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists to develop individualized plans for students.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to students.
  • Build strong relationships with students through regular interactions and activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
  • Ensure student safety and provide personal care assistance as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and CPD activities to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements: Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in working with children with Autism and other SEN conditions. Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship is also required.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
