Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for teaching and supervising students at Key Stage 3 and 4.

Your primary duties will include delivering pre-prepared work, maintaining classroom management and behaviour, and supporting students’ learning to ensure a positive learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to gain hands-on experience in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and supervising students at Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Delivering pre-prepared work and maintaining classroom management and behaviour
  • Supporting students’ learning and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Full-time and part-time roles available
