About the Opportunity

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering the curriculum
  • Providing behaviour and pastoral support
  • Working collaboratively with therapists to develop individual plans
  • Building strong relationships with students and their families
  • Meeting the individual needs of students through a tailored approach
  • Working effectively in a team environment
  • Ensuring safeguarding of students, in line with procedures
  • Providing personal care support
  • Participating in staff meetings and CPD activities
