- Process and manage customer orders, including entering orders into our ERP system and invoicing customers
- Support the collection of accounts receivable and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our medical products
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Secondary education or equivalent commercial experience
- Experience in phone-based business-to-business customer service, preferably in a specialist team
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office, SAP, and CRM
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
