Job Title: Strategic Account ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our Network and Infrastructure Security team at Exertis Cybersecurity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving partner growth and expansion into new markets or service lines, while aligning partner activities with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to drive partner growth and expansion into new markets or service lines.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, providing guidance and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Evaluate partner performance using data-driven insights, identifying growth opportunities and refining strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Equip partners with necessary training, resources, and certifications to enhance their capabilities and drive sales effectively.
  • Align partner activities with internal teams, support marketing campaigns, and drive cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue and strategic targets.
Requirements
  • A strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.
  • A proven track record in business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
