About the Role

Cutover is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
