Senior Customer Success Manager

About the Role
Cutover is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
