About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Service Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems, as well as access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems, as well as access control systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver integrated security solutions.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in Security systems, including Security Integrated Systems, CCTV systems, and Access Control.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
