About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems, working within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.
  • Commission, service, repair, and install HVAC equipment, ensuring work is completed according to set specifications and customer expectations.
  • Provide technical experience and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinate on-site work activity.
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve complex systems, utilizing strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer or Chiller experience would be beneficial.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components: DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant.
  • Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
