Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems, to the highest industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to both internal and external customers.
  • Identify and rectify problems before they occur, ensuring seamless operation of our systems.
  • Manage your time efficiently, prioritizing tasks correctly to meet deadlines.
  • Complete accurate and detailed Engineer work reports, handover certificates, and other documentation as required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with experience in the Fire and Security industry. Key requirements include:

  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Manual driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Current relevant qualifications, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC, are preferred.
