Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Director to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, managing a large cross-functional team, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading large cross-functional teams, with a strong track record of achieving business objectives.
- Manufacturing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, with experience in high-rate production environments, process automation, and digital technology.
- Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of operational excellence principles, with experience in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and improving efficiency and productivity.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
