We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at The Navigator Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage continuous improvement activities to engage employees, drive culture change, and achieve World Class Standards.
- Champion a 'safety-first' approach and implement effective processes to improve factory performance.
- Work closely with the Operations Director and wider team to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and standard lean tools.
- Provide monthly reports on current improvement opportunities to demonstrate progress.
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a continuous improvement role or process development. You will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive attitude and a people-focused approach.
You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence. You will be customer-focused, diligent, and analytical, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
