Engineering Maintenance Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Shift Manager to join our team at Dr. Oetker, a leading food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to drive performance and productivity.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Hold a HND/HNC in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make key decisions to drive business outcomes.
