About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Shift Manager to lead our Maintenance Teams in delivering efficient and effective maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Maintenance Teams to achieve high-quality maintenance services
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education to HND/HNC level in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of proven management experience in a FMCG environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
