Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of our Maintenance Teams to ensure seamless delivery of our Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule.
  • Drive business improvements through efficiency gains in key KPIs such as quality, OEE, line efficiency, employee engagement, downtime, and waste.
  • Develop and coach your teams to achieve exceptional performance, identifying training needs and implementing effective performance management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • A strong educational background in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years proven management experience in a FMCG environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and motivate teams.
  • A creative problem-solver with analytical and detailed approach, able to work under pressure and make key decisions.
