Engineering Maintenance Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Maintenance Shift Manager to join our team at the Leyland Facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating the activities of the maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance teams to achieve business improvements in performance through efficiency gains in key KPIs such as quality, increased OEE, improved line efficiency, employee engagement, downtime, and waste.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • Educated to HND/HNC level in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years proven management experience in a FMCG environment.
  • Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines while being a creative problem solver with an analytical approach.
