At Dr. Oetker, we're on a mission to innovate and push boundaries. As a Maintenance Shift Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our production facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Teams, driving efficient delivery of the Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule.
  • Deliver business improvements through efficiency gains in key KPIs such as quality, OEE, line efficiency, employee engagement, downtime, and waste.
  • Develop and coach your teams, identifying training needs and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' proven management experience in a FMCG environment.
  • A confident communicator with a personable and professional manner, able to interact with all levels of colleagues and build strong relationships.
  • The ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, with a creative problem-solving approach and analytical mindset.
