About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Director to join our team at The Navigator Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage all continuous improvement activities within a standard framework to engage all employees and drive a culture change.
  • Champion a 'safety-first' approach and implement effective processes to improve factory performance.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and standard lean tools.
  • Provide monthly reports on current improvement opportunities to demonstrate progress.
  • Develop and implement CI/WCM formal training programs.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused, diligent, and analytical with high standards of performance.
  • Ability to take accountability for results and motivate teams to deliver.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles and tools, including VSM, 5S, Problem Solving, and SIC.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
