About the Role:


A leading global financial services firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Bankers Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of junior bankers. This is a dynamic role within a collaborative team environment, offering an excellent opportunity for those with a background in customer service or administration.


As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing diaries and calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, handling a high volume of calls and emails, and coordinating travel arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Diary and calendar management for junior bankers
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Handling a high volume of calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Booking rooms for internal/external meetings and video conferences
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications and car services
  • Managing expenses and invoices for the team
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and handling ad-hoc requests

Requirements:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Proactive approach to diary management and problem-solving
