Administrative Support Lead Job Description

Fortem Cares is looking for a skilled Administrative Support Lead to support our growing team in Birmingham. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth running of projects.

About the Job:
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to Projects, manage and control stationery and office ancillaries on site.
  • Document Management: Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports, ensure all project documents are accurately filed, accessible, and up to date.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project schedules and timelines where necessary, track project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager/Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working within the housing/construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
