We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. The successful candidate will provide key support to students with special needs in mainstream and one-to-one capacities up to Key stage 5.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and taking responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of the students in your care.

You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that each student has maximum access to all learning activities, and will also contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

We require someone with excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding approach, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, and we offer a competitive salary of £90 per hour.
