Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with the young people, supporting their emotional and physical needs

  3. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that promote socialisation, education, and personal growth
  4. Monitor and record the young people's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
  5. Attend medical appointments and provide support to the young people during times of need

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for working with children and young people.
